Well, today is your luck day! We’re sharing the quintessential romantic style shoot, ‘Victorian Dream’. The dreamy shoot was captured at the 1900s heritage-listed Rippon Lea Estate. This beautiful concept was inspired by the classic ‘Picnic at the Hanging Rock’ based in the 1900s. The couple celebrates their special day in the breathtaking mansion and gardens, followed by a romantic picnic by the lake.
This bridal theme features romantic sheer and flowy gowns with high necks and bishop sleeves. As for the groom, he is dressed in preppy vintage suits and chinos. In the shoot, the gorgeous bride is dressed in a designer gown by Jason Grech for the indoor scenes, and changes to a flowy angel wing gown by L’ETO Bridal as she explores the estate’s gardens. The groom matches the mood with a rich green tartan bow tie and blazer with classic beige and changes to a preppy maroon vest and custom pinstriped jacket for the outdoors.
As for the bridal beauty style, this wedding theme celebrates the natural, soft and innocent look, embracing rosey and peach tones. To match this feminine look, the bride’s hair is styled with a lush black velvet bow, and for her outdoor picnic look, she wears a graceful fishtail updo, with baby breath weaved in. Thanks to Sephory Photography for capturing and sharing these lovely photos.
Victorian inspired dreamy wedding
Celebrating the ethereal romance of the Victorian era with a modern twist, ‘Victorian Dream’ is a inspirational and elegant style shoot that will make you swoon.
The enthralling and romantic love story starts at the scene of the heritage-listed Rippon Lea Estate. The dashing couple starts the day together in the drawing room, taking a moment out of the big day to have an intimate moment – singing and dancing together.
Their reception is held in the bright and airy outdoors, where guests are served with traditional scones, tea, macarons, luxury desserts and sparkling wine.
Before the day ends, the groom takes a moment to swoop his lovely bride from the crowd. He leads her into the estate’s private gardens, where he has set up a surprise picnic. Taken by the pleasant surprise, the bride finds the picnic set up with two-tiers of gorgeous desserts, fresh strawberries and tea, along with her favourite books to unwind with. The couple takes a moment to discuss the perfect wedding that just occurred, the beautiful moment that changed their lives forever, looked into each other’s eyes and were filled with utter joy and delight.
Making the most of the delightful weather on this dreamy day, the couple decides to take a romantic stroll by the private lake.
As the romantic, dreamy and memorable day comes to an end, her groom takes his newlywed bride home with a romantic carriage he had arranged earlier.
The magical love story of the ‘Victorian Dream’ is one that you would never want to wake up from, leaving you forever enchanted.
